"El Gran Libro de Recetas de la Padrina Rosa" (My Granny's Cookbook) is the work of three generations. Fifteen of my grandmother's recipes, hand-written by my mother and nicely put together by me.

To celebrate my granny's ninetieth birthday, I created this limited edition of ten hard-copies that will be given as a gift to members of my family following a book signing with the cook herself. Happy birthday 'padrina'!
